Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For handcrafted or custom items, please allow up to 14 days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled or requires minimal setup. For larger items, we offer a White Glove Delivery service that includes professional assembly and packaging removal.
How should I care for my furniture?
We recommend dusting with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to preserve the natural integrity of the wood and metal finishes.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
